Access to the rooms should be supervised by a R.O.A.C (Responsive Organisms to Anthropomorphic Communication) or A.R.S (Altering Reality Structures) specialist for the safety of the users, agents or not. In case of emergency, use the Power cord to call a cleaning squad.

The Bureau of Investigation, Registration and Capture of Objects of Power is opening the 8th BLACKEN director, Jirou Hana.
The Research Department (RD) has recently found that remnants of her deep well of power have been imprinted in her own house.
For this reason, B.I.R.C.O.P has introduced a number of adjustments through a Spacial Anchor and a Phenomena Range Box
to create a liminal pocket meant for various purposes. These include:

Decontamination rooms for agents, ordinary citizens and objects alike.
Training rooms for agents assigned to Case 282 and Case 311.
Destruction rooms for phenomena annhilation (Permits for total obliteration of evidence and recovered phenomena are strictly monitored. If execution occurs without permits, you will be classified as a direct threat and hunted down by an agent unit).
Pondering rooms to increase general capabilities of agents or relax to impede supernatural manifestation.

Accessing Liminal Space 12 - 9 (8th Director Quarters) can be done by using an identity card with the correct clearance level or through a Portable Gate given by the Research Department (RD).
